DIGITAL STRATEGIST • WEB DESIGN • SEO • AUTOMATION
Frank Perez
I got my start in digital marketing in 2009 on the sales side of the industry, but I quickly became more interested in what was happening behind the scenes. I wanted to understand how websites were built, why certain businesses showed up in search, how campaigns generated leads, and what actually turned online visibility into real customers.
That curiosity pushed me into web design, SEO, local search, paid advertising, analytics, and eventually automation and AI. Much of what I know came from years of teaching myself, testing ideas, solving real problems, and adapting as the industry changed. That is still one of the things I enjoy most about this work. Digital marketing never stands still, and there is always something new to learn, test, measure, and improve.
I Understand the Businesses I Work With
Home service businesses have always been familiar territory for me. My father owned his own HVAC company, and growing up I spent time around the business, joined him on job sites, and worked alongside him at different points in my life.
Because of that, I understand that a contractor or local business owner usually is not interested in marketing terminology for the sake of marketing terminology. You want the phone to ring. You want qualified customers. You want to know where your leads are coming from, what is working, and whether the money you are investing is actually helping your business grow.
That perspective has shaped the way I approach every website, SEO campaign, advertising strategy, and automation system I build.
